Payment Terms: All sales are Cash, Credit Card or COD. MRH Performance Karting accepts VISA or MasterCard. Please have account number and expiration date ready when using credit cards.

Minimum Order: Minimum orders $15.00

Sales Tax: Sales tax applies to Nebraska residents.

Back Orders: Items that we do not have in stock at the time of your order is shipped are placed on back order. We regret that we have to put some items on back order but it is necessary when suppliers cannot meet our needs.

Pricing: MRH Performance Karting will try and keep prices as current as possible. Unfortunately manufacture price increases occur throughout the year and therefore prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping/COD Charges: All shipping and COD charges are the customer's responsibility.

Refused Shipments: All refused shipment charges must be paid in full before any future shipments can be made.

Warranties and Guarantees: MRH Performance Karting does not guarantee the items sold by us or warranty the merchantability and fitness or purpose. Please see the specific manufacturer guarantee and warranty policy for replacement, exchange, defective goods, or unsatisfied results. Any damage or injury incurred as a result thereof is the sole responsibility of the manufacturer.

Returns: All returns must be made within 30 days of invoice date and customer will incur a 10% restocking fee. The customer assumes all shipping costs unless pre-authorized from MRH Performance Karting. Please package all items securely and include a copy of the invoice. Returns, for any reason, will not be accepted after 30 days of invoice date. No returns will be accepted on tires, wheels, engine parts or electronic equipment.

PLEASE NOTE: Please inspect the box and contents when package arrives. Any visible damage must be reported to the shipping agency at the time of the delivery and noted on the delivery slip. A claim must be filed with the shipping agency immediately as to the damaged goods, lost contents due to damage or missing packages. A representative from the shipping agency will conduct an inspection and set up the claim. MRH PERFORMANCE KARTING IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS INCURRED IN SHIPPING. Please notify MRH Performance Karting for further assistance in the claim process. Replacement equipment will be considered as a new order.
